Well What will happen in naruto 474, it depends on all that could happen and that which has to happen.
So there are worst case and best case to see in narutoo 474, Kishi is pulling too much, he been holding some scene to happen for a very.... long time, what we have to see is how long he could hold it.

So Worst cases are :
-Sai tells Naruto Somthing(which is already known to us, and naruto had some idea about it to happen.)
-Mizukage and AO talk.(nothing concerend to storyline).
-Gaara and team talking about somthing( we already knew, like what naruto gonna do or how much sasuke changed and while talkig they are approching naruto.)
-Sand siblings aproches to naruto tell the whole story, and then naruto's reaction.(Like :- what are you doing sasuke, or what are yo thinking, whay are you doing all this. or somthing more crapy like this. may be even worse.)
-Killer Bee and raikage talking shit about there brotherhood. (ONLY CRAP, Or what else could they talk about).
-Fight between samurai and juggo and seigetsu.(which is pointless, because it does not matter who win or loss, because they are not strong at all, we know that, if they win or escape they wil only make manga worse, and pathetic. and if they loss they will take whole 474 chapter or more to be eliminated from manga.)
- Kisame is not dead, he cant be killed by just beheadind.
- Sakura talking to rookies like she will save naruto-kun and sasuke-kn by herself. Now it is her time to do something.(YOu know SAME LINE we are listening from starting of 2nd part of manga. because are her pet line in 2nd part, in first part her line were always (somthing annoyable to naruto and loving to saskuke or Please Bring Sasuke-Kun back, Naruto. Well i am not pairing any one and do not favor any pair but everything should be in limit. don you think.).

Best case-
-- Sai reveils somthing new to naruto which(we dont know).
-- Madara explaing somthing new to Sasuke.
-- Donzou explaing his plans.
-- Madara explaing his actuall plans.(what he told kages was not true at all or all was crap.)
-- Something hapening in konoha.( About Tsunade).

So my prediction is combinations happening from above points, some from best case and some worst case. but we can see Kishi has more points (quantity wise) to make it worse chapter(or boring) and less to make it best. So someone will try to pull it as long as he can because, no-one wants to end, his line.
personnaly i doubt there will be any point from best cases. so there will be average or bad chapter.

Naruto 473 : Spoiler Summary

A simple spoiler.
Kisame went berserk and used the Hachibi's chakra and was found by Raikage and co.
He gets hit with a Double Lariat from the brothers and is decapitated and dies. (Not sure about the decapitation but he does die)
Ao is caught be the Mizukage and pretends to be an ally at first but is found by Mizukage right away.
She hits him in the face and brings him back to his senses.
It ends with Sai trying to tell Naruto the things that Sakura couldn't.

Naruto is Going To Follow Legend of Tailed Beasts?

Where naruto is Going Now, you can Guess after Reading Legend of Tailed Beast again. Now When Akatsuki is going to hunt 8 - tail and and 8 tail will take the sword used by Kisame, then everything be according to that theory. Just Refer that website.and you will see.

But the Question is who represents Yamata no Orochi , Orochimaru, Sasuke, Kirabi, madara Uchiha.

Every one had played some role which were played by Yamato no Oro [8 tail].
Like Awakening Kyuubi [Madara]
Sword of Kusangi [Orchimaru]
8 tail - [Kirabi] who is also going to attack konoha by himslf or by when sealed in Sasuke. Or somehing else would happen. [still have to wait long...]
And there is somethnig like killing 8 tail with Susano [will sasuke kill Kirabi with Susano]

and this time sword will be Susano instead of Kusangi against Kyuubi.

These are just possibilities. ust thinking....

Is Kusina alive or Not?

So, it is clear that Kushina was not simply dead, after giving birth to Naruto, there was something happened to her, which definitly was important, why? because When kishi was asked about it he said it will be revealed in manga, so if she had to be simply dead he might have told about it in his interview, so something important related to kushina. now ther are some facts you should consider.

KUSHINA was from Whirlpool Country.
Whirlpool country no longer exists.
Supposed to be destroyed by Hidden village in the Mist.
Naruto and Sasuke are supposed to meet in Hidden Village in Mist.
Everyone in Leaf village have whirlpool country sign on their uniform.
Madara was controlling kage of water country(Village hidden in th Mist).
Their first fight was against Zabuza.(from mist village).

So answers to Find.
When Fox attacked Leaf was controlling the hidden village in the Mist.
Since when they have whirlpol sign on their uniform.
If whirlpool country was destroyed why she was referred as From whirlpool country at that time.

What will be released in the manga according to Kishimoto - Why the Kyuubi's seal is weakening, why Naruto can only go up to 4 tails in his transformation, what Karin did to Sasuke in the past, whether Kushina is still alive or not, and how Kakashi gained the Mangekyou Sharingan.

Killer bee changes to bijuu, and tries to escape while holding Sabu-chan et Ponta. But the water moves with Kisame in the center, so if he swims after them, they can't reach the air.

Then Killer Bee suggests that since Kisame is after him, he'll leave them and try to escape by himself, so that with the water moving they will eventually reach the air. But Kisame attacks Ponta

Killer Bee gets back to the rescue, and falls into the trap of Kisame, who attacks him with the dorsal fin and gets him back to a lower version of bjiuu

Killer Bee gets out a single tentacle and uses it to grab Kisame away from him

Meanwhile, Sabu-chan and Ponta get out of the water

Killer Bee somethings about lightning sword, but on a suggestion of Hachibi, just spouts off ink in order to escape

But Samehada/Kisame fusion can feel the chakra through the skin and he attacks Killer bee with the dorsal fin

More to follow

Kisame has cancelled the Suiton and the fusion, and gets close to Killer Bee down and not moving. He tries to cut off his legs but Samehada grabs the earth to protect Killer Bee

Thorns come out of the handle, forcing Kisame to drop it, and Samehada jumps close to Killer Bee

Samehada liked Killer Bee Chakra so much, it wants to make him its new master. It tries to heal Killer Bee with Chakra stolen from Kisame, but Kisame kicks it off

Kisame grabs a sword of Killer Bee stuck into the earth, and gets ready to stab him.
