Of Course They are Strongest of their Villages,

1) Kazekage: Well Diedara Defeated Gaara and Captured him easily (atleast seemed to me) had tough time against Sasuke, and was killed by him. And Even while capturing Gaara he was not trying to kill him, and against sasuke he even sacrifced his own life to ensure his victory. so to whom we are kidding.

2) Raikage: ya ya Super saiyan, sacrified his hand to just check Sasuke's abilities, Does someone so strong realy need to do that against kid (supposibily).

3). Mizukage : She was almost able to corner him, attacked with intention to kill. But yes forgetting something, he used up his enery while almost fighting two kages and their top subordinates altogether at a time, and now he was not even easy to be captured. And yeah she was taken over by lamest aktsuki.

4) Hokage : Better Not to Mention About Rat, Who has not even guts to stand there against a kid because he had red eyes whcih are horrble to see, so brave to run.

5) Tuchikage : well he did well very easily, but cant say anything against him, but you know all that drained sasuke stuff.

So, why there was written MOST POWERFUL NINJAS uniting together, INSTEAD it should be STRONGET in their own world of weklings.
