Problem was simple but solution was not accepatable for everyone. Problem was every one wanted there favorite to be ranked higher, Some fights never happaned, some happend but were not enough to decide. So there is only only one solution. And that is this. In this Solution, there will three decideong factor: 1) Choose all your Favorites - Vote For all you want to be in List. (Favorite Factor) 2) Rearrange all Characters you voted for in there ability Order(Strongest Factor). 3) How much other agrees with you.
